Overall, the stay was pretty good. However, the pool opens at 5:00am. I assumed for guests who want to swim for exercise. No noise rules were posted. Our room was over the pool and some teenagers were swimming and SCREAMING like it was the middle of the day. I called the front desk, but the guy who answered just said, "I guess they had been waiting to swim and were excited." AT 5:00AM!! We had 2 small children staying with us, but thank goodness they didn't wake up. We thought someone would go ask them to quiet down, but the racket continued. My step daughter went down to the desk in her pjs to complain in person. He apologized and gave us 4 complimentary breakfasts for our trouble, but I would have rather had 2 more hours of sleep. Suggestion: This hotel needs noise rules posted and enforced.

when i got there they didn't have what i had paid. the jacuzzi (forgive my spelling)in the room didn't work and that they didn't have any more and then she told me they had one but it was reserved so i felt like okay so was mine a two weeks ago. i may go back i hope everything be working in the room the next time. and for the price of the hotel there was no free breakfast.
